which one is best for a labrador retriever?
compared to other dogs, they don't have short or long hair......

but i don't want to rip off all thier furr either!!

i'd go with the last one, the adjustable shedding blade. it works great on dogs long or short-haired...and it works without hurting their skin. but when we get dogs like rottis or labs in my shelter, we go for this one to get their dead hair & shedding under control. you'll be amazed at how much hair you can actually get with this, all with a fraction of the cost of the furminator. (that's a good brush too, but try the cheap one first since it's about $40.)
