I personally disagree.Theft is wrong in 99.9 percent of cases, that is not wrong and I agree with that. However, if the puppies are kept in deplorable conditions I think it is very acceptable to take the poor dog.
Sure go for it and when you end up being charged with grand theft because of the value placed on those dogs and end up behind bars don't complain.
Two wrongs don't make a right and every pet shop has camera. If other idiots who stole dogs for the WRONG reason got caught what makes you think you will be the one to get away?
ETA: You have to be a child. I know you mean well and all but guess what the LAW will NOT be on your side. The minute you act outside of the law any wrongs by the second party mean NOTHING. So it doesn't matter what you think the law is the law. You want the pups out of there? Get some PROOF that the petshop is violating any of your local laws and approach animal control and be a pain in their side until they do something.
Stepping outside of the law does nothing at the end of the day.
You will get arrested, you will be charged, the pups will go back and you'll probably have to pay the store restitution for any damage you did and for any pups they can't reclaim. BTW just where would you put all these pups? Hmm who's going to pay for whatever medical care some of them they may need?
