Is there a dog harness that doesn't rub under the arms?

I have a chihuahua mix that has little to no hair on his belly and under his arms (you can see his skin, thats how little hair he has). I want to get him a harness since he pulls so bad on walks and is hurting his neck. I've bought two, but since he has no hair it rubs him raw under his arms. Does anyone know of a harness that is soft and will not hurt him? He weighs about 10-12lbs. Thanks

try a soft harness. also, dont leave it on him. only use it for walking.
