Help - Name of vintage toy (simmilar to littlest pet shop)?

I was wondering if anyone knew the name of a toy I played with as a child. It was not littlest pet shop but a very similar idea, with both cats and dogs, they were plastic figurines, often the animal was doing something such as a dog names holly that had a stick in its moth, and a irish setter named either daisy or dixie which had a bouquet of yellow flowers in her mouth.

All of the toys came with a card which said thier name and a little bio about them.

The dogs were more popular. There was also a dog house and a cat house, where you put the animal in a set room and collected them all. This would have been between 1995-1998.

Any help appreciated.
