Definitely sounds like some type of dermatitis, possibly eczema, as you mention, or maybe psoriasis. Evaluate all of your washes and cleansers to make sure you are using moisturizing soap-free cleanswer for sensitive skin (unscented, no dyes or perfumes). I think Dove makes a body bar an body wash for sensitive skin.

However this method heats up other electrical connections all throughout your Xbox and eventually will permanently destroy your Xbox 360. The option is also not recommended because as you can see it destroys your Xbox.
The third and final option is to get a Xbox repair guide. An Xbox repair guide shows you step by step usually through videos on how to repair your Xbox 360 on the inside. Now even though that might sound complicated it's really not. Most people can fix their Xbox in under an hour. One of the many benefits of getting a repair guide is that is Guaranteed to be fixed or your money back. Another reason you should get a repair guide is because it's cheap! You'll save over $120 just by not sending your 360 to Microsoft.
